Farmshed Ltd (‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy online. This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed.
What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you make a booking with us, either at the Pub or Trooper, or via our online booking system and/or our EPOS system: Square. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, financial and credit card information. Website usage information is collected using cookies.
How will your information be used when making a reservation?
Our table booking system is provided by HostMe. When making a reservation with us, your details will automatically be provided to our booking system, which may use your information to contact you about your upcoming booking. At the time of booking guests are given the option of whether they would like to be added to our email database to receive future marketing correspondence. If a guest has not opted in to receive email marketing, they will not be added to our database and will not receive correspondence from Farmshed Ltd that does not directly relate to their booking.
