The Trooper at Home Festive Hamper

Our Head Chef, Jermaine Harriott, brings you his legendary Beef Wellington for Christmas at Home. Inside our Festive Box is almost everything you need for a turkey-free Christmas dinner including cured salmon to start, the wellington, veg, gravy and, to follow, mince pies, sticky toffee pudding, Westcombe cheddar with walnut loaf, chocolates, and even eggnog. Serves 2.

Box contains:

• Culture sourdough, marmite butter.
• Cured salmon pickled cucumber and mustard seeds, créme fraiche, preserved lemon puree, dill.
• Beef Wellington, beef dripping roast potatoes, Hispi cabbage, braised carrot, bone marrow sauce.
• Traditional mince pies.
• Christmas sticky toffee pudding, rum & raisin butter toffee sauce.
• Westcombe cheddar, walnut loaf, pickled walnut ketchup.
• Home-made chocolate selection
• Trooper Eggnog
